2. Physicochemical Properties

Appearance      : Colorless, odorless, extremely viscous liquid.
Relative density: 1.44 ~ 1.47g/cm3
Solubility           : Soluble in water.
Attributes          : At normal temperature, mixed with refractory aggregate and curing agent, then forms high bonding strength at 90-110 °C for 4-24 hours. After drying at 350-500 °C, which has high bending resistance, compression resistance and hydration resistance, even if soaked or boiled in water is not soft.
 

3.Applications

This series of products are used in refractory amorphous materials and phosphoric acid bricks, and the finished products are used in blast furnaces, hot stoves, open hearth furnaces, steel ladle, electric furnaces, soaking furnaces for nonferrous smelting, heating furnaces, kilns, rotary kilns, glass melting furnaces, coke ovens, tunnel kiln car tables, petroleum processing and other equipment. Electric furnace, petrochemical furnace, garbage incinerator, easy mixing and molding.


It can be used in electrical industry, high temperature furnace, heat treatment resistance furnace, ceramic building, electrical insulation, etc., mainly used for high temperature furnace refractory binder. It can also be used in the production of corundum bricks in refractory material industry, such as steel, chrome, aluminum, zirconium corundum bricks in coal water slurry gasifier.
 

4.Mono Aluminum Phosphate Liquid Peculiarity
 

After being mixed with refractory aggregate, hardener, etc. at normal temperature, it is kept at a constant temperature of 90-110ºC for 4-24 hours to form high bonding strength. After being dried at 350-500ºC, it has high bending resistance, compression resistance and hydration resistance, and it will not soften even after being soaked and boiled in water.

7. Storage Condition
