Solubility: Easily Soluble in water, its aqueous solution is acidic.
Characteristics: It is easy to agglomerate in moist air, dehydrate to anhydrous substance at 100 °C, produce TSPP at 190-210 °C and decompose to sodium metaphosphate at 280-300 °C.

It is used in boiler water treatment, electroplating, tanning, baking powder, fuel additives, detergents, Mica, acid retarder, etc.
