Aluminum phosphate is mainly used in electrical industry, high-temperature kiln, heat treatment resistance furnace, ceramic building, electrical insulation, etc. It is mainly used as binder for refractory materials of high-temperature kiln.

Solid aluminum phosphate is used for refractory paint spraying, fire mud, castable and ramming phosphate brick. It is mainly used for repairing high-temperature binder refractory materials, flame retardant materials, refractory brick furnace profiles, refractory cement and steel furnace surfaces, and is widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, metallurgy, aviation, building materials, high-temperature furnaces and high-temperature equipment.

Aluminum Phosphates are produced by the exothermic reaction between Alumina Hydroxide and Phosphoric Acid. Based on proprietary technology, BassTech is able to offer various crystal structures suited for slower or faster reactions. The powder version allows for our customers to produce a single-component dry refractory blend that can be activated by water on-site. The material is stable and well proven to maintain strong bonds at elevated temperatures.
