2.Application
Water retention agent, quality improver, pH regulator, metal chelating agent. China's "Health Standards for the use of Food additives" (GB2760-2011) stipulates: canned, fruit juice (fruity) drinks, plant protein drinks, the maximum use of 1.0g/kg; Dairy products, poultry meat products, meat products, ice cream, instant noodles, the maximum use is 5.0g/kg.

Used in the production of canned broad beans, can soften the bean skin. Many fruits and vegetables have tough rind, which becomes tougher as fruits and vegetables mature.
In fruit and vegetable processing hot or soaking water, add polyphosphate, can be complexed calcium, thereby reducing the toughness of the skin.
