1. Company introduction
Our factory was founded in 1985. It is located in Gongyi City, Henan Province, which is the national water purifier industry agglomeration area. It is one of the early enterprises specialising in the research and development, production and sales of water treatment flocculant products in China. The company's main PAM cationic, anionic, non-ionic and other polymer flocculant products, and according to different use scenarios to provide customers with a complete set of sewage flocculation treatment solutions.
2.Application
Water retention agent, quality improver, pH regulator, metal chelating agent. China's "Health Standards for the use of Food additives" (GB2760-2011) stipulates: canned, fruit juice (fruity) drinks, plant protein drinks, the maximum use of 1.0g/kg; Dairy products, poultry meat products, meat products, ice cream, instant noodles, the maximum use is 5.0g/kg.
Other use reference: For canned ham, under appropriate conditions is conducive to the improvement of product quality, such as finished shape complete, good color, tender meat, easy to slice, the cutting surface is shiny.
Sodium tripolyphosphate is used for curing raw meat of ham, adding No.3 mixed salt (refined salt 91.65%, granulated sugar 8%, sodium nitrite 0.35%)2.2kg and sodium tripolyphosphate 85g per l00kg of meat, fully stirring and homogenizing, curing 48~72h in cold storage at 0~4ºC, the effect is good. Used in the production of canned broad beans, can soften the bean skin. Many fruits and vegetables have tough rind, which becomes tougher as fruits and vegetables mature.
In fruit and vegetable processing hot or soaking water, add polyphosphate, can be complexed calcium, thereby reducing the toughness of the skin.
